To stop the self-loathing

I have to keep telling myself
Everyone who doesn't like me sucks because there's nothing wrong with me. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks of me, anyway. If someone has a problem with me for being myself, it's probably their problem.
I'm making it a mantra.
