also

I don't think I'm ever going to go to the cafeteria again because I've already been through high school and am getting kind of embarrassed about being the only person eating completely alone.

People Who Deserve a Second Chance

1) Carrot Top. You know, that box of props thing? I think it's great. Don't be so hard on him. Regardless of that horrible plastic surgery/botox deal he's got going on these days, I don't think he's a bad guy.

2) Jennifer Aniston. I don't know about you, but I remember Rachel, and that's almost enough. Not to mention that she is ten times more adorable than that creepy crackhead Angelina Jolie and her succubus ways.

3) Brand New. Okay, it's been forever already since their last album, but they're in the studio as we speak, so we just have to be patient! And a lot of people don't like their last album because it was as poppy as the first two (which is bullshit because Devil and God was MUCH better) but I HAVE A FEELING this new one is going to be GREAT.

4) New York. NEW YORK WHERE ARE YOU? Yuck why am I even ASKING.

5) My Dad the Rock Star, the love child of Gene Simmons and Nickelodeon. There's an article about it here. Okay, not the most popular Nickelodeon cartoon around, but it is definitely one of my favorites. Nicktoons, the reject cartoon channel, doesn't even play it anymore, so that's how I know I'm in trouble. Which leads to number six...

6) Martin Mystery. Also another great and recently canceled Nicktoons show, from the creators of Totally Spies, based on an Italian comic book. Martin was certainly a dreamboat.

7) Picasso. Francis Bacon may have stolen his spotlight, but we should never forget who the master of figurative modernism is. At least, the original master.

BY THE WAY

I saw a movie in 3-D glasses for the first time that wasn't at Disneyland or Universal Studios, but at an actual theater! It was Monsters vs. Aliens, which was a generally boring movie, but the 3-D made it super intense. I almost couldn't handle it at first, but then it seemed natural.
This has heightened my desire to see Half Blood Prince in 3-D, and, hopefully, I-MAX, when it comes out. As you can see, we've got about three months left to wait. Think you can? I KNOW I CAN'T!

Also, I'm listening to some old Bright Eyes right now, and I'm wondering how Conor Oberst used to get away with that shit. It's thanks to all the people like me, who, at ages 15-17, was definitely obsessed. And then I went to see him in Berkley after drinking some red spacebag, and he played a bunch of crappy songs from his soon-to-be-released album, I'm Wide Awake It's Morning. I mean, he played all the ones I skip now. It's not like anyone had ever heard any of those songs before, and we want at least a few songs we recognize. He did play June on the West Coast and Waste of Paint, which are great, but pretty random choices that I guess a lot of people there wouldn't have known. Obnoxious tangent. Anyways, now I can handle the overly manic depressive suicidal crap for nostalgic purposes, but if he was still making music like that, I doubt he would be taken seriously. He could go play at Warped Tour maybe.

Hulk Hogan

is not as unappreciated as I once believed.

Nick Carter

Last night, or should I say this morning, Nick Carter was in my dream. It was old Nick Carter circa 1998 or so. And I was really excited, like, oh crap, look who it is.
So I thought I'd bring it back.
Don't you think it would be really cool to be in the Backstreet Boys' band? It looks like these guys are having a lot of fun:

The best part is AJ throwing his shirt and the fight to the death that begins to ensue.

Something about these are really disturbing. They look like little man slave puppets, and it's really creepy. I mean, they just get so tired, and the crowd would kill them with obsessive passion if they saw them on the streets.
This, I think, is much more appropriate, when BSB started to tone it down and try to get real serious. I had this VHS when I was younger, I got it from Burger King.

lol, he's trying so hard.

MENTHOL CIGARETTES

Today, I woke up about one something in the afternoon. I had no more cigarettes, so I grabbed one of my sister's Marlboro Menthol Lights.
WOW. What a mistake. I just had to post this blog about it, it was such a life changing experience for me. I feel like I actually lost brain cells from partaking in such an act.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the taste left in my mouth after leaving a Chinese run dentist office, therefore I can't find any enjoyment in a Marlboro menthol cigarette. And if you happen to be a person who smokes these, I'm going to have to jump to the conclusion that you are either a fob or a pussy. If you can't smoke a real cigarette, maybe you don't have the proper mindset to be smoking at all.
HEY HEY HEY I JUST WASTED YOUR TIME.
